Terms of Service

This site is operated by Chase the Dream Learning and Office Supplies, trading as Chase The Dream, established in Anguilla, British West Indies. Using the site means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use it.

You can order from this site, but you cannot pay on it. You build a basket and send it to us on WhatsApp or by email. That is an enquiry, not a completed sale.

We reply to confirm the items are available and what the total is. A contract is formed when we confirm, not when you send. Payment is taken in person on collection, so we never handle your card details and never store them.

Prices shown are current and may be corrected if we have made a genuine error, in which case we will tell you before anything is confirmed.

We bring our stock in from overseas, so the shelf price already accounts for what it cost to get the item here. There is nothing added at the counter and no surprise charge at the door.

Prices shown are for collection from the shop, which is the only way we hand goods over. We do not deliver and we do not post.

Prices are in United States dollars.

Our costs change without much notice, so prices may be corrected from time to time. We will always tell you the total before you commit to anything.

We describe products as accurately as we can. Colours vary between screens, and manufacturers change packaging without telling us, so treat a photograph as a likeness rather than the exact box.

Some photographs are our own. The rest are pictures of the same product published elsewhere online.

Sending a basket costs you nothing and commits you to nothing. You pay at the counter, with the item in front of you, so you can look at it before any money changes hands. If it is not what you wanted, do not take it. There is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund.

If an item is faulty, or it is materially different from how we described it, bring it back to the shop and we will exchange it or refund you.

None of this affects any right you have under the law of Anguilla, British West Indies.

Please do not:

• attempt to access the staff area or any account that is not yours;
• scrape, overload, or disrupt the site;
• copy our text, photography or branding for your own commercial use.

The staff area is private. Access is granted by invitation and may be withdrawn at any time.

We provide this site as it is. We do not promise it will always be available or entirely free of errors, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from its use.

Nothing here removes your statutory consumer rights. Where local consumer law gives you more than these terms do, that law wins.

These terms are governed by the law of Anguilla, British West Indies, and the courts of Anguilla have jurisdiction over any dispute.

If you are a consumer in another country, you keep the mandatory protections of your own country’s law. Choosing Anguillian law here does not take those away from you.
