Privacy Policy
What we collect, why we collect it, and how to make us stop.

Who we are
Chase The Dream is a school and office supplies shop operated by Chase the Dream Learning and Office Supplies, established in Anguilla, British West Indies. Our address is Water Swamp, Anguilla. For anything in this policy, write to chasethedreamlearningcenter@gmail.com.
What we collect from shoppers
Browsing the shop requires no account, and we ask you for nothing. You can look at every product, fill a basket and send us an order without telling us who you are. An account is optional, and what it adds is described further down.
Our hosting provider records standard technical information for every visit: IP address, browser type, which pages loaded, and when. This is ordinary server logging, it happens before our code runs, and we use it only to keep the site up and to investigate faults.
If you ask our shop assistant a question, we keep the question, the answer she gave, which products she showed you and whether she found anything. Nothing in that record says who asked, so it is not linked to you or to your account even when you are signed in. We read it to find out what people are looking for and cannot find.
When you send us an order it arrives as a WhatsApp message or an email, so we hold whatever you chose to put in it: the items you want, and the phone number or email address you sent it from. We keep that only as long as it takes to fulfil the order and answer any questions about it.
We also keep our own copy of the basket at the moment you press send: its reference, the items and quantities, the total, and whether it went by WhatsApp or email. That is how we match your message to an order and check what was in it. If you are signed in it is linked to your account; if you are not, it is linked to nobody.
We never see your card details. There is no payment on this site. You pay in person on collection, so nothing of that kind is entered here, stored here, or passed to anyone.
If you make an account
An account is optional. You can browse, fill a basket and order without one. If you do sign in with Google, we store your email address, a display name, and a profile picture where you upload one or your sign-in provider supplies it. Signing in with Google tells us those details; it does not give us access to your Google account, your contacts, or your mail.
An account also carries a loyalty card. We keep the card’s code, a running record of points added when you shop and points spent on a reward, the amount each award was calculated from, and which member of staff recorded it. That record is added to and never rewritten, because it is what decides your balance and it has to be auditable in your favour as much as ours.
You can ask us to delete your account and its card at any time, using the address at the end of this policy. Orders already fulfilled stay in our records as a business transaction, as they would for any shop.
What we collect from staff
Our staff sign in to a private back office. For them we store an email address, a display name, a profile picture where their sign-in provider supplies one, and their role. Signing in with Google tells us those details; it does not give us access to their Google account, their contacts, or their mail.
Staff accounts are created by invitation only. Signing in does not by itself grant access to anything.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data, and we do not share it for advertising. We use:
- Vercel: hosts the site and processes server logs.
- Supabase: stores the product catalogue, and customer and staff accounts including loyalty cards and the orders you send.
- Google: only when you or a member of staff chooses to sign in with Google.
These providers process data on our instructions in order to run the service, and for no purpose of their own.
Cookies
We use no advertising or tracking cookies. The only cookies we set are the ones that keep you signed in, whether you are a customer or a member of staff. If you never sign in, we set none, which is why you have not been asked to accept anything.
How long we keep it
Your account and loyalty card are kept until you ask us to delete them. Orders already fulfilled stay in our records as a business transaction, as they would for any shop. Staff accounts are kept while the person works with us and removed when they no longer do. Server logs are kept for a short period by our host and then discarded automatically.
Your rights
You may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to chasethedreamlearningcenter@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
We are established in Anguilla, and we handle your information under the Electronic Transactions Act, R.S.A. c. E38. We have chosen to handle it to the standards described above regardless of what any law requires of us.
Children
We sell school supplies, so children may well use this site. Shoppers can browse and order without an account. If a child has made an account and you are their parent or guardian, tell us and we will delete it.
Changes
If we change this policy we will change the date at the top. Material changes, especially any change to what we keep or how long we keep it, will be described here rather than slipped in quietly.
